wow! it's been a week... two things and then I'll get back to my homework.

Thing #1: Last week my sister said "Leslie, the reason you have been single for so long is because you are so picky". and she didn't say it in a nice way either! but it's ok, I thank God for it! As Elisabeth Elliott said, "If your goal is purity of heart, be prepared to be thought of as very odd" A long time ago I decided to put the romantic side of my heart in a big, high tower. A tower that happens to be guarded by Jesus, my brother, and my desire to stay in Gods will. It will take more than a strapping young knight to get past those guards, who have proved themselves very faithful to me.

Thing #2: Gods ways are not our ways. So stop trying to pull them down to our level and compare them to the worlds standards. oh yes, i did go there. (Isaiah 55:8)
